Honey toasted muesli

800 gm rolled oats			50 gm dried apricots
100 gm wheatgerm			50 gm raisins 
100 gm bran flakes			50 gm dried apples
100 gm bran				50 gm sultanas
100 gm sunflower seeds			3/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon salt			3/4 cup olive oil

Mix the dry ingredients in a a large roasting pan. Add the honey and oil together and distribute through the mixture. Bake at 155°C. for 20 minutes, stirring every eight minutes to ensure that the ingredients are moved around and evenly cooked. Add the seeds and dried fruits and roast another ten minutes, stirring twice during cooking. Cool and store in an airtight container.
