30g butter 1 cup finely chopped onions 2 granny smith apples 250g peas 3 cups vegetable stock 0.5 cup milk half a lettuce 2 tspn curry powder
Peel and chop the apples.
In a large saucepan, sauté the onion in the butter. Add the apples, peas, stock and lettuce, and cook until the apples are soft.
Purée the cooked mixture.
Add the milk, and reheat to serve.
